Why did you make this site?
I wanted my own site to use as a portfolio as well as a way to potentially earn some income.
But AI can do you what you do but better!
No it can’t. I may take longer but I also don’t destroy the environment or steal art for training data, also I can still make art if the power goes out.
Aren’t you afraid AI or others will steal your art?
Yup, that is one of the sad realities of the world we live in. Art theft has been happening long before AI or even the internet was a thing.
What kind of art do you focus on?
Here lately I have been more focused on 3d art work. Mainly because I get to practice various forms of art to achieve an end goal. I dabble in more traditional art on the side like painting, or sketching, with the occasional interest in sculpting clay or wood.
Custom Glass Questions
What’s the deal with custom glass?
Custom orders start by using the contact form. When you make contact with me I will begin the process of making a proof for you. From there when you approve the proof payment options will be sent and the order can proceed to the production stage. Once an order is being processed in the production and processing stage an order can not be refunded. You can learn more by checking out the customization page.
Why can’t my order be refunded after a certain point?
Custom orders are by their very nature print on demand with custom artwork. When glass is etched with your art its not something that can be resold. During the custom order process your order can be canceled anytime before proof approval. Once approved and payment is received the order moves to production and processing stage. You may cancel the order or change shipping information before its send out but no refunds may be issued.
What can be etched?
Text, photos, and 3d models are used for most design work. Photos can either be etched as is or may be converted to a 2.5d representation to add depth to the etching. For 3d Models good textures goes along way in capturing details for etching.
Do you offer other custom options besides glass?
Sorta, I have some services available that are either in the store or can be inquired about with the contact page.
Services Questions
How do services work?
Similar to custom orders. You will find available services in the store or you can check out the Services section of the homepage for more info. You can use the contact form to ask more about services offered or start an order. But essential purchasing a service through the store charges you right away like normal and the order may be refused and refunded at my discretion. While starting an order through the contact form means you won’t be charged until you have approved the services rendered. Ill send screenshots of my work and if you approve you will be sent order details where you can pay for the service. Once payment is receive your files will be delivered to your email, or if the service involves tangible goods then your order will be shipped out.
Can a service be refunded?
No, since they involve custom artwork edited or made specifically for you the customer, offering refunds cause the same issues as offering refunds on custom glass orders. Same rules apply however in that you can cancel anytime before your order is finalized and payment is collected.
