To start a custom order, head on over to the Contacts page, and send us a message. Attach an image or a csv file with name or other text. If you have multiple files you can select them all on Windows and right click, find send to, and then send to compressed zip. Or it might say compress file or you might have winrar installed which also works. After an email is sent I will respond back as soon as possible on the next steps.

This step of the process is when I prep your files for a layout proof that will then be sent. During this step you can cancel the order or make changes to how many you want or even send in more photos or new name files. Once the proof is complete the next step begins.

The last major step will be finalizing the order and collecting payment. Once payment is received the order will begin production. Allow 3-7 days time for full production. During the first 3 days you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. After 3 days you won’t be able to receive a refund as the order will have entered the preparation stage. This stage is when the glass is lined up to be engraved with your finalized artwork.

The order is packaged in premium giftbox and then into a shipping box with extra padding to help protect it during shipment. Once shipped a tracking order will be sent to your email on file and you will be able to track its location. If there are any issues that occur during shipping you can send an email with your order # in the subject line and Ill get back to you as soon as possible.
